This website is operated by Monique Shefer (“I”, “me”). I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what I collect and how it is used, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address and message you provide, so that I can respond to your enquiry. If you accept analytics, I also collect anonymous, aggregate information about how the site is used (such as which pages are visited). The analytics service used is privacy-friendly and cookieless.

Why I collect it

Your contact details are used only to reply to you and to arrange coaching sessions. Analytics data is used to understand and improve the website. I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, the form-handling service that delivers your message to me by email. Analytics are processed by a privacy-friendly analytics provider. These processors handle data on my behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

How long it is kept

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to support our correspondence and any resulting coaching relationship, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you at any time. To do so, email info@shefer.fr.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Analytics are only loaded if you accept them via the consent banner, and the analytics used are cookieless. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked again on every visit.
